Sometimes our items go on backorder. It sucks for you. It sucks for us. When this happens, we will email you to let you know the expected shipping date. We can usually get the product within 30 days to fill your order. Since backorders aren’t your fault and they are typically not ours either, we will pro-rate the shipping and let you know what that amount is before we ship your order. We require email authorization indicating you’re accepting the shipping costs. If you want to check the status of a backorder, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, phone number, address and order confirmation number. You may cancel back order items by emailing email@example.com with your name, phone number, address and confirmation number.
