If you’re not happy with your purchase from EagerGear, we will happily accept unused, new items in original packaging with original tags for refund or exchange up to 45 days after your purchase. Please include your original packing slip with your merchandise. If you do not have the original packing slip, please email email@example.com and provide your name, address, phone number and date you placed your order.

We suggest you ship items back to us with a carrier who provides a tracking number.
Refunds are usually processed within two weeks. We will use the same method to refund as your original payment method, minus shipping and handling charges. EagerGear will confirm the refund via e-mail. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for credit card bank return processing.
